Former GOP Gubanatorial candidate, Adam Andrezjewski says Illinois wastes too much money on programs with poor financial controls, duplicative services, and sloppy accounting. He wants the state to require a forensic accounting of all tax dollars spent, saying others states discovered Billions in savings when such an accounting was undertaken.
