Do you think i can get into schools like?

Carnegie Mellon, U Cal Berkeley, or UVA?

Im wanting to go into business. Im a junior in high school. I have taken the SAT once, with an overall score of 2100, a 1430 in Math and Reading, and an 800 in math. I also am half iranian. Im very well rounded, and am actually working in a CPA office right now doing basic forensic accounting and the like. Im in the most rigorous program at my high school (IB honors) but i will probably not be in the top 10%, definately in the top quarter though. Can i still get into business programs like the ones i listed above?
