Barack Obama has been sued in a Philadelphia Federal Court on the grounds that he is constitutionally ineligible to be President of the United States. Phillip Berg, the prominent attorney who filed the lawsuit against Obama, maintains that Obama is NOT a natural born U.S. citizen or that, if he ever was, he lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia.

According to Berg, Obama’s birth certificate from Hawaii has been verified as a forgery by three independent document forensic experts and actually belonged to Maya Kasandra Soetoro who is Obama’s half-sister. There is also the issue of "multi-citizenship" with allegiance to other countries. In the lawsuit, Berg states that Obama was born in Kenya, and not in Hawaii as he maintains. According to the lawsuit, Obama’s mother traveled to Kenya with his father before giving birth, but she was prevented from flying back to Hawaii because of the late stage of her pregnancy, "apparently a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight." Berg claims that Obama’s own paternal grandmother, half-brother and half-sister have also claimed that Obama’s mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) gave birth to little Barack in Kenya and subsequently flew to Hawaii to register the birth.
Berg cites inconsistent accounts of Obama’s birth, including reports that he was born at two separate hospitals–Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital–in Honolulu. Aside from a simple "registry of birth" record for Barack Obama in a Hawaiian public records office, there is a profound lack of birthing records for his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham,

Should Obama truly have been born in Kenya, Berg writes, the laws on the books at the time of his birth hold that U.S. citizenship may only pass to a child born overseas to a U.S. citizen parent and non-citizen parent if the former was at least 19 years of age. Sen. Obama’s mother was only 18 at the time. Therefore, because U.S. citizenship could not legally be passed on to him, Obama could not be registered as a "natural born" citizen and would therefore be ineligible to serve as President pursuant to Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution.

Moreover, even if Obama could have somehow been deemed "natural born," that citizenship was lost in or around 1967 when he and his mother took up residency in Indonesia, where Stanley Ann Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen. Berg also states that he possesses copies of Obama’s registration to Fransiskus Assisi School in Jakarta, Indonesia which clearly show that he was registered under the name "Barry Soetoro" and his citizenship listed as Indonesian.

"Voters donated money, goods and services to elect a President and were defrauded by Obama’s lies and obfuscations," Berg stated. "If the DNC officers … had performed one ounce of due diligence we would not find ourselves in this predicament. He (Obama) has failed to even perform the basic steps of regaining citizenship as prescribed by constitutional laws. It is unfair to the country," says Berg. Even after several lawsuits, Obama has never provided his long form birth certificate. Instead, he has fought in court to keep it a secret document.

The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States. Barack Obama is pouring billions more down those sinkholes. It isn’t just the camel’s back that’s broken. His neck and four legs have all snapped, too.

Enough. While they take to the streets politically, untold numbers of America’s wealth producers are going on strike financially. Dr. Helen Smith, a Tennessee forensic psychologist and political blogger, dubbed the phenomenon "Going Galt" last fall. It’s a reference to the famed Ayn Rand novel "Atlas Shrugged," in which protagonist John Galt leads the entrepreneurial class to cease productive activities in order to starve the government of revenue. (Not coincidentally, Rand’s novel sales are up and John Galt references punctuated many of the Tea Party demonstrations.) Dr. Smith was inundated with stories like these:

"I have frozen hiring in my firm. ? No investments will be made in taxable accounts — only 401k/IRAs. I am buying silver and gold instead of CDs or stocks with non-qualified money and savings. I have stopped taking new clients, thus freezing my income. I barter more and more. Spend less. I stopped leveraging assets (don’t borrow)."

"I have cut WAY back — I’m no longer buying retail, driving out of a 10-mile radius, spending money on eating out or putting my money in a savings account. I am using the money to pay off all of our debt. It has made our family closer, more appreciative."

Another blogger wrote: "Last year my family paid nearly ,000 a month in federal taxes, and we are not by any stretch of the imagination rich. I’m going to make it my business to cut that amount in half, using every legal means possible and reducing my income so there is less to tax."

Enough. Those business owners are not alone. This week, ABC News spotlighted upper-income earners going Galt in response to Obama’s proposed tax hikes on families with incomes of 0,000 or more. A Lafayette, La., attorney told the reporter she was cutting back on her business to avoid the tax threshold: "Why kill yourself working if you’re going to give it all away to people who aren’t working as hard?" Tax hikes have consequences. Incentives matter. Only self-deluded wealth redistributors living in la-la land believe otherwise.

Another business owner, Dr. Sharon Poczatek, explained: "The motivation for a lot of people like me — dentists, entrepreneurs, lawyers — is that the more you work the more money you make," said Poczatek. "But if I’m going to be working just to give it back to the government — it’s de-motivating and demoralizing."

The perpetual Borrow-Spend-Panic-Repeat machine in Washington depends on the capitulation of the wealth producers. There’s only one monkey wrench that can stop the redistributionist thieves’ engine. It’s engraved with the word: Enough.
